DMJ Sync Analytics

Your manager asked for your numbers.
Send a link, not forty screenshots.

DMJ Sync Analytics lets independent musicians export their own Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube performance data as a spreadsheet or a one-page PDF — and share it with a manager, record label, or brand partner through a read-only link that needs no account on their end.

How It Works

Connect once. Export whenever you need to.

There is no setup, no spreadsheet template, and nothing to install. Artists connect the platforms they actually use and export on their own schedule.

01

Connect Your Accounts

Log in to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube on each platform's own site and approve read-only access. You are shown exactly what is being requested and can decline. Your password is never seen by the app, and you can disconnect at any time.

02

Export Your Data

Choose a date range or export everything. The app pulls your own posts and their performance figures and produces a separate CSV per platform, plus a one-page PDF summary if you want something forwardable by email.

03

Share It

Create a read-only link, choose which platforms it includes and when it expires, and send it. The recipient sees a summary and can download the files without creating an account. Revoke the link any time and it stops working immediately.

What Gets Exported

Your own content, and how it actually performed.

One row per post or video, with the metrics managers, labels, and brand partners actually ask for. Every platform stays in its own separate file.

Privacy

Read-only, your data only.

The permissions requested are narrower than people usually assume, and it is worth being specific about the limits rather than vague about the protections.

What the app never does

  • Never reads your direct messages on any platform
  • Never collects your follower or following lists
  • Never accesses data belonging to anyone but you
  • Never posts, comments, messages, or edits anything
  • Never sees your social media password — you log in on each platform's own site
  • Never sells your data, uses it for advertising, or uses it to train machine learning models

What it does

  • Reads your own posts and their performance metrics, read-only
  • Stores exports so you can download and share them later
  • Deletes everything when you disconnect a platform or delete your account
