These terms govern your use of DMJ Sync Analytics (“the Service”), operated by Nome House Studios (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

The Service lets you connect your own social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), export your own performance data as spreadsheet and PDF files, and share those reports with people you choose, such as a manager, record label, or brand partner.

The Service is read-only with respect to your connected accounts. It does not post, comment, message, or modify anything on them.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

To connect Instagram, your account must be an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator). This is Instagram’s requirement, not ours — their API does not provide data for personal accounts.

3. Your data belongs to you

You retain all rights to your content and the data exported through the Service. We claim no ownership. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train machine learning models. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

4. Sharing features

When you create a share link or grant manager access, you are authorizing us to make the data you selected available to whoever holds that link or account.

You are responsible for who you send links to. Anyone with a valid, unexpired link can view and download what you included, without logging in.

You can revoke any link or access grant at any time, effective immediately. Files already downloaded by a recipient are outside our control.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on APIs operated by Meta, TikTok, and Google. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. Those platforms may change, restrict, or discontinue their APIs at any time, which may change or interrupt what the Service can do. We have no control over this.

Platform-imposed limits that affect the Service include: Instagram makes account-level metrics available only for the preceding 90 days; some Instagram metrics are unavailable for accounts with fewer than 100 followers; and each platform enforces its own rate limits.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, due to a third-party outage, or for reasons outside our control.

8. Accuracy of data

Figures shown by the Service come directly from each platform’s own API. We do not modify them. We cannot guarantee the platforms’ underlying accuracy or completeness, and where a platform returns no value we show it as empty rather than as zero.

You should not rely on the Service as the sole basis for a financial or contractual decision without verifying the figures independently.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions.

We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue it, we will give account holders reasonable notice and an opportunity to export their data.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
